Returns and Cancellation Policies
Everyone makes mistakes now and then, even us. However here at Hy-Way Truck Accessories, we always endeavour to have our customers leave with a smile on their face. Thus any order placed that a customer wishes to cancel can be done so by either contacting the store processing your order or by contacting the main Sydney office. The only condition is that you do this before we dispatch your order. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be given via the method of payment used originally. For orders that have already beed dispatched please refer to the Product Returns below.
While we endeavour to ensure here at Hy-Way Truck Accessories that every purchase a customer makes is the correct one. However there are times when the items purchased are incorrect or not wanted. If this is the case we have in place a return policy which is as follows:
-Goods are undamaged and still in the original box (if applicable)
-Original receipt presented or order invoice number given with ID
Goods returned within a 30 day period will get a full refund in the payment method they originally used to purchase the goods in question. After the 30 day period a 10% surcharge is taken for any goods returned. Products must be taken to any of our Hy-Way stores and returned over the counter.
