Order Cancellation
Everyone makes mistakes now and then, even us. At Hy-Way Truck Accessories, we always endeavour to ensure our customers leave with a smile on their face.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact either the store processing your order or our Sydney Head Office before the order has been dispatched. Once cancelled, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
For orders that have already been dispatched, please refer to the Product Returns section below.
Product Returns
While we endeavour to ensure every purchase made at Hy-Way Truck Accessories is the correct one, there may be occasions where an item is unsuitable, incorrect, or no longer required.
To be eligible for a return:
• Goods must be undamaged and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided, either by presenting the original receipt or supplying the order invoice number together with identification.
Goods returned within 30 days will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Returns made after 30 days may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Products must be returned to any Hy-Way Truck Accessories store.
